This May, we wanted to give you the chance to claim an extra treat.
The offer is simple: spend £20 (plus postage) on our website, enter the code SUMMER21 at the checkout and we’ll send you a FREE mystery goody bag along with your order.
Goody bags will contain a selection of items from our past boxes. Goody bags are valued at approximately £20, meaning that you’ll be getting lots of extra treats for your money! We only have a limited number of goody bags available and once they’re gone, they’re gone!
You can choose to shop for books, goodies or past boxes in Our Shop (you’ll find some newly added hidden gems in there from past boxes gone by!) OR treat yourself or someone else to one of our subscriptions, starting with our June JUST IMAGINE box or Purely Books parcel.
As long as you spend £20 (plus postage) AND remember to enter the code SUMMER21 at the checkout, we’ll send you a FREE goody bag with your order! If you opt to purchase shop goodies and a subscription in one purchase, your goody bag will be sent with your shop items.*
*Our WHODUNNIT?! themed May boxes will be exempt from the promotion until after our scheduled subscription send out (estimated May 17th).
* Please note if you are ordering from outside of the UK goody bags will add to the declared value of your parcel and be subject to any normal import taxes and fees.
Next week (10-16th May) marks mental health week. In what’s been a very challenging year for so many, it’s not surprising that mental health issues are affecting more and more people on a daily basis.
We wanted to do something to help, so that’s why we’ve teamed up with our friends at Work for Good to make a donation to a fantastic charity. For every sale that we make from Friday 7th May until the Monday 31st May, we’ll make a donation to Mental Health Foundation.
Since 1949, Mental Health Foundation has been the UK’s leading charity for everyone’s mental health. Their mission is all about tackling the risk factors that damage our mental health and promoting the protective factors that enhance it in order to reduce the level and severity of mental health issues so that people and communities can thrive. You can read more about their work on their website: www.mentalhealth.org.uk
Book Box Club is still a small business, so whilst we can’t promise Mental Health Foundation thousands of pounds, we are proud to be offering them some support and brightening your day with bookish goodies in the process! Thanks to everyone who shops with us this May for supporting our small business and for helping us to help Mental Health Foundation.
