Our aim is to deliver brilliant boxes to our members around the globe, but the question of delivery is one that has sparked much discussion here at Book Box Club HQ. We want to make sure our postage policies are fair, efficient and affordable for our members all around the world, so we’re going to make a few crucial changes over the coming months…
If you’re in the UK, from March 7th onwards, you will be charged separately for TRACKED postage. This means that you’ll have the added benefit of knowing exactly when your parcel is going to arrive, making your Book Box Club delivery convenient and stress-free!
We’ve tried to keep costs to a minimum, so UK members will be charged just £3 per parcel for postage and packaging. You’ll also receive an email with your unique tracking number when your parcel has been dispatched.
Rates will be changing on international parcels effective from March 7th. We’re so pleased to be able to offer cheaper postage for lots of countries. And remember all parcels will now be TRACKED! So you can relax await your Book Box Club delivery, knowing exactly when to expect the postman.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT POSTAGE PRICES TO CHANGE?
Our new postage rates will be charged from March 7th, or on your next renewal after this date (for example if you have a month-to-month subscription, you will be charged at the new rate for the first time on March 25th).
March MYTHICAL MONSTERS boxes dispatched around March 15th will not be tracked. From the April box onwards, all boxes will be tracked.
Alongside changes to the pricing of our subscription postage, we’ll also be updating our shop postage policies, and sending out all parcels (above the value of £5) tracked.
If you’re buying multiple items from the shop you’ll find that postage rates are charged by the overall cost of your order, not by the number of items (as they currently are) meaning you can stock up on goodies galore and just pay once for your postage.
New shop postage prices will be in place from March 7th.
If you have any questions or concerns about the postage price changes, please get in touch by email at
email@example.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Love, Libby and Kate x
